Mental Health Counseling Intern

I am currently accepting and scheduling new client intakes, with sessions beginning the week of May 11th.

I believe meaningful change happens through connection, understanding, and feeling truly seen. My approach focuses on creating a space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin to respond in ways that feel more intentional and aligned. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to build awareness of thought patterns and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation and communication.


Who I Work With

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma related experiences, mood related concerns, and challenges within relationships. I also believe therapy does not require having everything clearly defined, and that part of the process can simply be understanding what you are feeling and why.

I am open to working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and identities, and approach this work with an awareness of the cultural, relational, and systemic factors that shape each person’s experience. I strive to provide care that is trauma informed, respectful, and grounded in curiosity and understanding.

I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals and provide LGBTQIA+ affirming, gender affirming care that respects each person’s identity, including chosen names and pronouns.

I bring over five years of experience in the mental health field, with a background rooted in residential treatment, including work across residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care.


Availability & Fees

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, allowing for flexibility based on your needs and preferences.

I currently offer availability from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays to support a range of scheduling needs.

I accept Medicaid insurance and offer a sliding scale fee of $25–$50 per session for self-pay clients.
